Talveq uses generative-AI tools to create or materially refine parts of its visual production and may use them to assist drafting. Talveq reviews, selects and controls the published result and accepts editorial responsibility for website text and technical statements.

Visuals labelled on this website

• The atmospheric homepage animation and poster are AI-generated concept visualisations.
• LD-1E product-development images are AI-generated concept visualisations based on design references.
• These visuals are not photographs of a released product or installation, controlled CAD, test evidence, qualification evidence or compatibility evidence.

A compact plain-language AI label appears with each relevant visual at first exposure and links directly to this context. Product-development status remains adjacent to the product visual; the images are not evidence of a manufactured or qualified configuration.

Text and automated interaction

Published copy is subject to substantive human review and company editorial control. The public website has no chatbot, AI agent, emotion recognition, biometric categorisation, profiling or automated decision-making function.

Scope

EU AI Act Article 50 does not require every item made with AI to carry a label. It addresses defined cases such as deepfakes and certain public-interest text without human review or editorial responsibility. Talveq labels its current development visuals as a precautionary transparency measure and to protect the boundary between product intent and engineering evidence.
