Service providers and transfers

Website hosting, delivery and security are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Business email is provided through IONOS. These providers process information only as needed to supply, secure and support their services. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, courts, regulators or public authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law treats this as a restricted transfer, an applicable adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguard or other lawful transfer mechanism is required. You may ask us for further information about the relevant safeguard.

Retention

Hosting and security records are retained only for the period reasonably needed for delivery, security, abuse prevention, fault investigation and applicable legal duties, using the relevant provider's retention controls. Enquiry correspondence is kept while needed to answer and manage the relationship, and longer only where contracts, legal claims, accounting or regulatory obligations require it. Records are then deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing and receive portable data. Some rights are limited by law and depend on the lawful basis.

You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is needed for legal claims.

Contact us first if you have a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Where EU or EEA data-protection law applies, you may also complain to the supervisory authority for your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

See the cookie notice for the strictly necessary security technologies used by the hosting layer. We will update this notice before introducing a materially different purpose or processing activity and will show the revision date here.
